• First edition of the Sustainable Finance Forum Communiqués 31/05/18

  Policymakers and industry leaders from the European sustainable finance community gathered in Luxembourg on 30 May for the 1st edition of the Sustainable Finance Forum to discuss the key role of the financial industry in the transition towards a sustainable, low-carbon economy. With around 600 registered participants, the success of this first edition is indeed testimony to the growing importance of sustainable finance.

• Participation luxembourgeoise remarquée au One Planet Summit et au salon World Efficiency Annonces 15/12/17

  Le One Planet Summit, organisé à Paris à l'initiative du Président de la République française Emmanuel Macron, s'est tenu le 12 décembre dernier en présence d'une cinquantaine de chefs d'état et de gouvernement. Le Luxembourg, pleinement mobilisé sur les questions de préservation de l'environnement et de lutte contre le réchauffement climatique, y était représenté par le Premier ministre Xavier Bettel et la ministre de l'Environnement, Carole Dieschbourg.

• Financial centre action for sustainability accelerates Communiqués 13/12/17

  International financial centre leaders gathered in Paris to make progress on climate change and sustainable development, and outline practical ways to strengthen their collaboration. On the occasion of the One Planet Summit in Paris, LFF participated at a conference “Financial centres: mobilising capital to accelerate climate action”.
